Hey, Finally last Thursday (17/02/2011), the UCT Algorithm Circle restarted.
There are many new applicants and they seem to have changed the course to first come first serve (bar old members of course). I am not entirely happy with this layout as thus coders do not need to prove their prowess.
I also invited my friend, Craig to come along. He is decent at coding but really good at mathematics so I'm sure he can help me with some of the more advanced algorithms and I can help him with the coding however now the UCT course is full again.
I also took part in Google Code Jam Africa, it was interesting but I entered late and didn't have the time required to solve the problems.
I have not been programming recently due to schoolwork however I am sure this will change in the next week.
